1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The 99% Community (the "Community," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, membership platform, live calls, and any content or resources made available to members. By joining or using the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Community.

2. Who We Are

The 99% Community is operated by Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards, based in Missouri (LLC formation pending). You can reach us at team@theninety9percent.com.

3. Membership & Access

Membership provides access to community spaces, live calls, workshops, and resources as described on our site at the time of purchase. What's included may change over time; we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes to current members.

Membership is for your personal, individual use and is not to be shared, resold, or transferred without our permission.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
We reserve the right to remove members who violate these Terms, including for harassment, abusive behavior toward other members or staff, or sharing paid content outside the community without authorization.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Pricing, billing frequency, and any refund terms will be clearly presented at the time of purchase through our checkout process. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time; monthly payments are non-refundable once processed. Lifetime memberships require a minimum of 30 days of active participation in the community before a refund can be considered, and all lifetime refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The 99% Community is educational and community-based in nature. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or business result from participating in the Community. Any results shared by members or founders, including testimonials, reflect individual experiences and effort, and should not be understood as typical or guaranteed. 6. Member Conduct

We built this community to be a space of honesty, feedback, and individuality. In exchange for that, we ask members to:

Treat other members and founders with respect, even in disagreement
Not use the community to spam, solicit, or sell unrelated products or services without permission
Not share confidential community content (lessons, recordings, discussions) outside the community without consent

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for members who don't follow these expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Community, including lessons, frameworks, workshop materials, and branding, is owned by Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards and is provided for your personal use as a member. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create a competing product or service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Community and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Community will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Community.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Community after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
